3day at school

Today I dropped you to school. You were better adjusted today. Initially when she forced you away from my lap you screamed ofcourse and I could hear your voice outside for quite some time , but after that you must have quietened/settled cos unlike yesterday when they had called your father after 30mins, noone called me today. I, rather went in after waiting for 1hour! You lasted till then :)
When I went in, you were in a sombre mood though and refused initially to say tata to the teacher. But when I asked you, "Meethi kal abar ashbe school e ?" you said "yes" with a smile. That must be a good sign, right?

Just want you to be happy Meethi. Forever. You have no clue how much doubt we as parents also have at each new step we take for you. Will u be happy, will u be fine - so much of our thoughts r around that...at every step in life. 

First day at school

Today was your first day at school Meethi. I was more worried than anyone else as usual. And just before going to school, you had to create some trouble right to spoil your overplanner mom's perfect plans as always :))) so today only of all days, you wake up at 6:30a.m. and then get cranky by 9:30a.m. ...then  you decide to do potty just before starting for school and that potty then decided to take a loooong time to come out - and we had no choice but to patiently wait!
So I was very apprehensive how you would behave in the car- this was your first car journey alone sitting on a seat next to mother strapped to seatbelt - not in anyone's lap. And I must say, what a sweetheart you are. Thik bujhdar meyer moto bujhe geli je eibhabei boshte hobe ekhon. And you sat happily , without even messing with the seatbelt and happily played with your yellow book while I drove - initially nervously and then delighted-ly after seeing you sit without the slightest jhamela.
At school also you were a sweetheart today. It was easy today, you just played with me with so many toys for 30mins or so - you were almost reluctant to come back leaving so many toys. Overall first day was easy as pie.

Tomorrow, I have an interview, so your father will take you. Lets see how that goes! Love you my sweetheart.
